No Touch ID is a big minus.

The system allows you to accidentally release payments to yourself instead of the health provider.

No easy way to just enter reimbursement for mileage. If you already paid for service with the credit card, you have to fool the system with a claim on $.001 and then add the mileage.

If you use them for dental or eye care, they assume you are cheating them and will require extra paperwork. It is beyond frustrating to have things questioned every time. Even a $20 payment at my dentist is assumed to be for teeth whitening
