Allows for mobile reimbursement requests...and thats about it. No payment or status details available. No search feature, just sort. Disappointed my employer switched to this provider. Two stars since their app layout is clean and easy to navigate, there just isnt much to see.
This application is useless. Even Though you may be actively using this application it will sign you out randomly and cause you to lose anything you were doing. Everyone using this application is affected. Until "Connect Your Care" updates this app, sign into their web based tool to successfully complete any tasks.
Very easy site to use. Makes it easy to get payments made or reimbursed.
The images from receipts are out of focus. It does not resize and clip the image. It does not turn on the light when an image is taken. When a claim is rejected, there is no place to send messages. Instead you must call. They also seem to forget that the money they are managing is mine not theirs.
The app needs a visual overhaul. The overall app feels dated with no Touch ID support. Please update the app to reach the 5 start rating it deserves
Has some bugs but the upload capability is easy and makes getting our money fast.
Interface is very 3-4 years ago. Features are good in terms of uploading documents, but would be nice for a bit of a revamp with actual user input bc workflows are clunky. Desperately needs TouchID. You can tell the low level of money dedicated to the app with the lack of this feature that has been around for 2 years now.
Utilization of Apple ID would be nice or a saved password setting. Overall the app does its job!
No Touch ID is a big minus. The system allows you to accidentally release payments to yourself instead of the health provider. No easy way to just enter reimbursement for mileage. If you already paid for service with the credit card, you have to fool the system with a claim on $.001 and then add the mileage. If you use them for dental or eye care, they assume you are cheating them and will require extra paperwork. It is beyond frustrating to have things questioned every time. Even a $20 payment at my dentist is assumed to be for teeth whitening
No Touch ID!! The app has a very stringent password requirement and it is burdensome to recall that and so have to retrieve out of safari stored passwords every login. Please add Touch ID or link to keychain so can have an effortless login.

I have never been able to logon. I can get onto the full website just dine on my PC, but I cannot get the same password to work on the mobile app. I get a strange error message that dies not say something normal like invalid password. I get a list of different font types. Ive never seen anything like it. Calling them does not help.
Cant do anything beyond logging in. Keep getting an R002 Error. Please pay attention and fix.

Should be able to email or otherwise correspond about specific claims. You rejected a small part of a claim and I mailed payment per your request yet the payment hasnt been processed and youve locked my account. Seems important enough that I should be able to inquire about my claim in the app. Clearly the only purpose of the app is to make your processing costs lower by shifting administrative responsibilities to the user. How about providing some customer service to us in return for our labor?
Please add Touch ID login and automatically fill in the amount when making payments for claims from insurance. Those two things would make this a five star app for me.
