Should be able to email or otherwise correspond about specific claims. You rejected a small part of a claim and I mailed payment per your request yet the payment hasnt been processed and youve locked my account. Seems important enough that I should be able to inquire about my claim in the app. Clearly the only purpose of the app is to make your processing costs lower by shifting administrative responsibilities to the user. How about providing some customer service to us in return for our labor?
