Worthless

Logs out while uploading a doc in about 20 seconds. Unusable

Older version was great

Ive had this on my phone for a while and loved it. Put it on my iPad tonight to have more room and the reviews are correct -- I couldnt even submit a claim because it would log me out for inactivity -- while I was typing. Wrong time of year for this to be broken, please fix ASAP!!!!!

Update Ruined App!

Updated the app. Now, every 30 seconds it logs me out "due to inactivity" even though Im actually using the app. Also, using the app to upload documents doesnt work. I submitted via the app, using the camera option. Then it kept telling me the upload was not the correct format. I USED THE APP option to upload the document. Now, they suspend the card because of that "incorrect format." CYC is exceptionally challenging to deal with to begin with and this app does NOT help!

Crashes every 5 seconds

Completely non-functional after last update. Im being logged out due to inactivity before I can even submit a claim along with everyone else. Zero stars.

App doesnt work

Trying to submit receipts before the end of the year and the app keeps logging we out while working in it!

Now fix the "bug"

The fix the bug fix didnt fix any bugs that Ive noticed. It did however, create one. It consistently logs out from 5-15 seconds because of inactivity even when Im navigating through the app. Yes activity navigating not inactive. The app has become almost useless now.

Basic app issues

Latest version I installed is 4.9.1, but every time get notified that new version 4.9.0 is available. Also boots me out after 30 seconds. Pretty much unusable at this time. Needs a real update.

Does Not Work

The app worked great earlier in the year. There has been an update to fix some sort of bug and now the app will shut down for in actively while you are working on trying to submit a claim.

Cant Even Update To Fix The Mess

I cannot load up a document because it logs me off even before it can upload it. This has become the most frustrating app ever.

Horrible

Worked fine for the last two years. Now I get logged out due to inactivity every time I try to use it since the "update". So frustrating.

App is not working properly! Please fix as soon as possible.

Worst app; I am losing money because the app would not complete any of the transaction and keeps kicking me out.

Constant logouts

Latest update logs you out "due to inactivity" while youre actively using the app. This alone renders it useless. Also, my FSA account no longer appears in the app (unable to check remaining balance), and the workflow for creating a reimbursement claim fails because you cannot enter a "service type" for the claim (none are available to choose from).

App randomly signs you out due to "inactivity"!

This application is useless. Even Though you may be actively using this application it will sign you out randomly and cause you to lose anything you were doing. Everyone using this application is affected. Until "Connect Your Care" updates this app, sign into their web based tool to successfully complete any tasks.

Has never worked....error R002

Nothing but problems since I downloaded this over a year ago. Updates dont help and customer service is worthless. Delete and re-download doesnt help. Cant access anything. Worthless. Now it keeps signing me out due to inactivity after only 10 seconds on the app. Worst app ever. Has NEVER worked for me.

Logs me out every 10 seconds!

App was fine until I received a pop up to update due to bug fixes. When I try to update it takes me to itunes then right back to the app and same message. When I ignore, app closes me out "due to inactivity." Not user friendly anymore.

Cannot stay logged in

After all the negative reviews, I cant believe this bug still exists that wont let you use the app for more than a few seconds before logging you out due to inactivity.

Up until a couple of weeks ago the app has been very helpful. Now Im also getting the constant logout. Its impossible to complete any task using the app. Yet its constantly asking me to update and then when I try I get the logout error message within 5 seconds. A constant loop of frustration. Yes, at the worst possible time when trying to close out 2015 transactions. I know we have until April to file claims but wanted to get this done now.
