Major bug! Needs to be addressed. Better off using browser.

The app logs me out every 45 seconds even if Im actively using it, constantly freezes & rejects a correct login often. Im not sure what happened on the latest update, but please fix it. An already painful process has been upgraded to downright cruel!

Inactivity still causing problem, log in while using bam log out. Had to do several times over and over. Plz fix so needed documents are properly submitted for review and approval. Thank you.

I received a notification that a new version was available. Big mistake. New version automatically logs out for "inactivity" while in the middle of using the app. Horrible experience.

Due to inactivity when I am being active

The concept is great, but the application is lacking! I have been trying to submit a receipt but the app constantly kicks me out! It is frustrating!

This app loves to crash upon launch. Deleted it again then reinstalled with same results.

App is solid.

How does this get so many updates, have a big 5.0.0 release, and yet still have a layout designed for iOS from 2012?

Like all the others, I am getting the "logout due to inactivity" error after just a few seconds. Makes the app unusable. Please fix! **update***. App has been updated, was able to upload claim documentation quickly and easily. Thank you!

Nothing fancy about the app. Occasionally I have issues uploading documents, but Im able to get eventually get it done. Works as expected.

This app is great when it works but far too often theres a bug.

Ive used a couple of these types of apps, and others certainly make it easier! But, having an app is better than not having one.

Feedback: Update the auto-layout to take advantage of the larger screen sizes that have been out for a year and a half. Dont log the user out after every session. Try using a pin or Touch ID.

Tapping the "View all your claims" button in the last cell of the table view causes you to get logged out.

Can not enter a new claim. Keeps asking me to enter claim amount which I did.

I would like to try this app but my login for the website does not work for the app....just thought I would try again since its been a couple of years...doesnt work... I use the website on a regular basis.
