Dont waist your time with this app.

Not only does your company constantly reject every claim - every time for a new reason. Now I cant even upload the image so I can see what reason they will use to reject it so I can try submitting another three times. Your company needs to find a better way to process claims and help your people submit them.

Aside from EVERY claim getting rejected and locking my HARD EARNED money up, this app is so ridiculous, non user friendly, and misleading!! I am so frustrated. For the first time in my career, I am contemplating not participating in my company flexible spending. Thanks for making my life more difficult. My childrens providers have lost a great deal of respect for me and trust as they arent getting paid in a timely fashion.

I really like this app. It works well from my iPad. Not as well from my iPhone 4 because the screen is smaller. I can submit my claim as soon as I have the receipt. I have not had problems with me debit card either. They do have to have you associated with the provider in their system. I use it for co-pays prescriptions and therapeutic massage. My daughter and husband each have their own debit cards. My daughters providers while away at school in another state were no problem Not sure why other people are having so many problems. My employer is changing this year and I am not looking forward to having to set all this up in a new system.

Love how easy this app makes everything! Highly suggested for people on the go!

I really like submitting my reimbursements on my phone, so that I can take a picture right then and be done. But when you go to select your dependent you cannot tell which one to choose. My kids are all listed twice and I cant see the dates that are at the end of the list. And if I choose the wrong one then Im submitting a claim for previous year thats not available anymore though should just go away. Other than that I love the app.

Easy to use, and reliable. Does exactly what you need it to do, without confusion or extra, time wasting, steps.

Login requirement are terrible and not supported in other channel appropriately. This is a fault of CYC, not the app directly. If you login daily or weekly you likely wont have issues (or if you use a crazy complex user ID) on a regular basis

I love being able to pay all my medical bills with just a few clicks. Its so easy to use and figure out. You can even add a bill and reimburse yourself if needed.

Setup new user login on website. Same login supposed to work on iOS app. Login fails. Called tech (lack of)support and they were no help. Had no way to log a ticket and contact me with resolution. Pretty lame and amateurish!!!

I updated the app per their request and now I cant even upload documentation because it logs me out due to "inactivity" after 30 seconds. Very frustrating!

The app is convenient but its annoying that you dont push updates through the App Store. Instead, I get notified theres an update when I open the app. When I press "update" - I get redirected to the App Store where theres is obviously no update to install.. The only way to update the app is to delete it and redownload it I guess??

Keep logging me out due to inactivity while uploading document

I cannot upload documentation or even create a claim because it logs me out in less than one minute due to inactivity.

The recent version quickly logs users out after 20 seconds. Hopefully they can fix that bug.

Even though Im actively using the app, it keeps logging me out "due to inactivity." This happens about every 45 to 60 seconds. Fix it.

1) Logs me out every 10 sec, even when Im actively using the app. Really annoying! 2) It keeps notifying me of version 4.9.0 update, while Im already on 4.9.1.

The most recent update renders the app useless. It signs out right after signing on saying you are signed out for inactivity. Dont you do any user testing before launching changes?
